ONE CONVERSATION AT A TIME

One Fish Foundation is a non-profit organization educating you about the food web that connects you to the seafood you love.

ONE FISH FOUNDATION

OUR MISSION

One Fish Foundation’s mission is to bring the sustainable seafood conversation into classrooms and communities. We want students, their parents, and others in the community to think consciously about their relationship to seafood as a shared public resource, whether they eat it or not. We want to inspire more people in more communities to have these conversations, and to realize that knowing where their seafood comes from, and the story behind that seafood matters.

EDUCATION

At a time when students of all ages are learning to think about their place on the planet, One Fish Foundation brings the sustainable seafood message into their classrooms. We prompt them to ask questions, discover the story of seafood, and acknowledge that our relationship to seafood has consequences for us, our oceans, and our planet.
